All cancellations received on or before Wednesday, April 30, 2025, are entitled to a refund. Any cancellation request must be made by writing to id-shop@illinoistech.edu. Tickets are not transferable.

In the case that you need to change your ticket type, your registration change request must also be received by id-shop@illinoistech.edu on or before April 30, 2025. Changes made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
