The Equitable Healthcare Lab's 2024 report, "The Role of Design in US Health Systems," shed light on nine key areas where design is already making a significant impact. But what comes next? How do we push the boundaries and accelerate design’s impact across many diverse health systems?

Join the report authors, contributors, and other design leaders for a special day-and-a-half of exploration, discussion, and networking. Through keynotes, ignite-talks, and attendee-generated breakouts, we’ll dive deeper into these nine areas, examining how they take shape within different health systems. We’ll also explore the core principles of design leadership and organizational structures that elevate design’s impact and accelerate its integration into the health system.
