Joy

Joy is the embodiment of a set of responsive, adaptive, AI-driven technologies active within Steelcase’s dynamic healthcare spaces. Her purpose is to help the room transform and translate user needs to better accommodate the activities performed within the space, allowing a once static room to take multiple purposes (a waiting room, a respite room, an exam room, and a recovery room).
