Designing for Scale and Sustainability

CAPABLE is an evidence-based, client goal-driven program developed by the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. It empowers seniors to age in place, reducing the need for costly nursing homes. The workshop utilized diagrammatic modeling to explore how CAPABLE could evolve for scalability and sustainability. By following the innovation design process, the team created an opportunity area framework, resulting in four scenarios that promote expert discussions on growth strategies.
